Dr. Joan King, PhD, PPC certified professional coach, was recently selected by eWomen Network as one of their premier success coaches. King was one of 4 chosen for the honor from a field of more than 200 candidates. eWomenNetwork, a fast growing, national professional women's organization, focuses on connecting and promoting women and their businesses worldwide.

King will be supporting new members throughout the country with her consulting and personal growth tools, including those she details in her book, "Cellular Wisdom". Published in 2004 "Cellular Wisdom" combines the knowledge of science with the process of self-examination by using the structure and actions of the cell as a metaphor.

King's feels her diverse background, from studying in a Dominican convent for 11 years, to experiences as a Professor at Tufts University Schools of Medicine in Boston for 20 years, have prepared her to coach professionals that are seeking more out of life. "I work best with people that are searching for joy, self-actualization, a sense of purpose in their lives," said King. "Often they are people who achieved professional and financial success, but don't feel fulfilled."

Individuals interested in working with King, will have an opportunity to participate in her Year long "2005 - Your Year of Action" program. Participants will begin the year with a half day seminar, designed to help them discover what they want to achieve. After the seminar, individuals will meet monthly to review their progress and to continue their personal growth. Joining King in presenting the program will be Carmen Mendoza, M. Ed., CPCC another Northern Colorado professional coach.
